Creating a diverse ecosystem of professionals within our organization, as well as within the teams that we source for our clients, is key to truly innovative work. This is especially important to us, as a minority, woman-owned company, and we weave it into our organizational culture as a core value.
Measuring Success
In order to hold ourselves accountable for success with our DEI efforts, we commit to monitoring an reviewing our progress. We do this both through our organization-wide, employee survey, and by watching our delivery metrics and specific client goals in this area. This way, not only our own DEI goals, but also our clients’ as well, are kept in focus.
How we do this
We try multiple sourcing channels to hire minority, women and diverse workforce; We are continuously adding to pool of diverse candidates for our clients.
